2300 Old Spanish Road between Cambridge and Alameda. In the condos of Riverwalk, not to be confused with the river walk of San Antonio. So, while looking for a place in Houston for my sister to invest in, we found this little, cute place and my dad, sister and I fell in love with it on first sight. That is why I was the one that put the deposit down and made (or hopefully will make) it mine.
I think the pictures are a little deceiving. It is roughly 1000 square feet. A one bedroom and a half (the open loft), two full baths and a massive living room. With a lot of funky little cute things about it. Such as a swiveling ironing board, and a mounted fish tank, two flat screen tvs and very cool ceiling.
I am very excited about my move to Houston. It will get me the chance to do what I really want to do and get me out of the year round cold.
